Three decades later and Benny continues to serve his community with his signature 28” pies. His anonymity is important which is why every “Benny’s” has a different name reflecting the town it is within.
Flour
We source our flour from the vast plains of the great Midwest.
Olive Oil
We replaced all olive oil with domestically grown Corto olives.
Sauce
The tomatoes for our sauce are grown at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains in California.
Cheese
Our cheese is custom blended from the milk of happy cows on wide open pastures in Minnesota.
Meats
A custom Virginia brand of meats farmed in the great Midwest.
